On the morning of May 7, 2026, at PTSC’s Centre of Energy and Technical Solutions (Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), Petrovietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) welcomed a senior leadership delegation from Copenhagen Offshore Partners (COP), led by Mr. Jesper Krarup Holst – COP Partner and Head of COP APAC.

During the visit, PTSC presented an overview of its development journey, core service capabilities, and strategic plans to expand and upgrade its infrastructure, fabrication facilities, and construction capacity to support the growing demand for large-scale offshore wind projects across the region and globally.

Representatives from COP shared updates on their offshore wind development strategy and deployment plans in the Asia-Pacific region, where COP is currently leading a 5 GW portfolio of projects. The two parties also discussed potential collaboration opportunities in offshore wind supply chain and regional energy infrastructure development.

The visit also included a tour of PTSC’s yard and fabrication facilities, where the Offshore Substation (OSS) for Fengmiao 1 offshore wind project in Taiwan is currently under fabrication. 

The OSS EPCI contract was awarded to the PTSC M&C – Semco Maritime consortium on October 2023. The consortium was selected based on PTSC’s infrastructure, fabrication capabilities and proven track record in offshore wind projects, including a strong commitment to safety, quality, and project execution. 

PTSC and COP both look forward to continuing their collaboration in offshore wind and regional energy infrastructure development across APAC, while supporting the growth of local renewable energy supply chain and local content opportunities.
