PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “PTSC”) is currently inviting qualified Bidders to participate in the acquisition of one (01) Geophysical Survey Vessel (newbuilding or not exceeding five (05) years of age), in accordance with the requirements to be set out in the Request for Quotation (“RFQ”).
Bidders interested in this procurement process are requested to express their interest by contacting PTSC via email at surveyvessel@ptsc.com.vn. The RFQ will be issued to interested and qualified Bidders upon receipt of such email.
Quotation submission deadline is 17:00 hours (Vietnam Time), 20 March 2026.
