PTSC Thanh Hoa has been established since November 2009, based on the handover of Nghi Son port from Thanh Hoa People's Committee to PTSC. On 1st January 2011, PTSC Thanh Hoa was transferred into Joint stock company model with chartered capital of 400 billion VND, of which PTSC holds 54,69% of its charter capital.

Mechanical and Construction Service

Mechanical and Construction Services has been established in commencement time of Construction phase - Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemicals Project (NSRP) since 2013 and have successfully performed all assigned packages to ensure the requirements of Safety, Quality and Progress:

  • Fabrication and installation Package of Structural Mechanical Piping (SMP);
  • Construction and installation Package of underground pipelines;
  • Pre-commissioning Support Package.

Following the achievements, the Mechanical Services resource is constantly developing and affirming its brand through the successful implementation of a series of international projects, with the role of General Contractor of Engineering and Procurement and Construction (EPC), for instance:

  • 2018: Completed the EPC Project of Hai Phong Chemical Factory, invested by Thaioil Group of Thailand;
  • 2019: Completed the Vopak Chemical Factory Expansion EPC Project- Phase III, invested by Vopak Vietnam Co., Ltd. of the Dutch Vopak Group.;

Currently, PTSC Thanh Hoa has been implementing the construction of SMP and EPC Tank packages, belonging to Package A (Olefins), South Vietnam Petrochemical Plant Complex Project, invested by Long Son Petrochemical Co., Ltd. SCG of Thailand.

PTSC Thanh Hoa owns an infrastructure system which is synchronously invested with deep-water port - a convenient geographical location for sea and road transportation connecting Nghi Son Economic Zone i0 Thanh Hoa province and Dong Hoi industrial zone in Nghe An province; Besides, PTSC Thanh Hoa possesses modern port system which could receive 70,000 DWT vessels, and 7,000 m2 bonded warehouse and warehouses; 12,000m2 container yard, 60,000 m2 storage yard, mechanical workshops, automatic paint workshop, 15,000 m2 fabrication workshop, fleet of 09 specialized maritime vessels including tugboats, hose handling boats, diving boat, guard boat. In addition, PTSC Thanh Hoa personnel have professional qualifications, technical skills as well as high soft skills and experience.
