On 12 June 2026, as part of the APAC Wind Energy Summit 2026, PTSC welcomed a delegation of local and international representatives to visit and work at PTSC’s Centre of Energy and Technical Solutions in Rach Dua ward (former Vung Tau), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The delegation included representatives from government authorities, international organizations, industry associations, technology providers, and companies operating in the renewable energy sector. The field trip was one of the key activities held on the sidelines of the APAC Wind Energy Summit 2026, providing delegates with a first-hand view of Vietnam’s capabilities in the offshore wind supply chain and creating opportunities to strengthen cooperation between PTSC and international partners.

At the visit, PTSC presented an overview of its development journey, core service capabilities, and strategic plans to expand and upgrade its infrastructure, fabrication facilities, and construction capacity to support the growing demand for large-scale offshore wind projects across the region and in the world.
With extensive experience in delivering EPC/EPCI projects in Vietnam and overseas, PTSC is well positioned to undertake key scopes in the offshore wind supply chain, including foundation fabrication, offshore substations, heavy and oversized structures, port services, logistics, transportation, installation, and other technical services.
At the working session, PTSC emphasized that offshore wind represents not only a clean energy solution, but also an important driver for domestic industrial development. Through its international fabrication projects, PTSC has mobilized the participation of numerous Vietnamese enterprises in mechanical engineering, fabrication, materials, equipment supply, technical services, logistics, and other supporting sectors. This demonstrates PTSC’s role as an anchor enterprise in fostering a supporting industrial ecosystem for offshore wind in Vietnam.

Beside its role as a technical services provider, PTSC is also advancing its participation in the renewable energy sector as a project developer. Among its strategic priorities are renewable energy export projects to Singapore and Malaysia, demonstrating PTSC’s long-term vision and commitment to contributing to the development of large-scale clean energy projects in the region.

The field trip provided delegates with valuable insights into PTSC’s infrastructure, capabilities, and experience in offshore energy project execution. It also served as an opportunity to promote the capabilities of Vietnamese enterprises in the global offshore wind supply chain, while reaffirming PTSC’s pioneering role in the development of offshore wind and renewable energy industries in Vietnam.
