POS's Journey in the Middle East
Since entering the Middle East in 2016 through the FMB Project for QatarEnergy, POS has steadily expanded its regional business. In 2017, the Company entered the UAE market through the NASR Project, in collaboration with Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI), marking the beginning of its long-term engagement in the country.
Since then, POS has continued to build its project portfolio in the region, notably through the successful execution of North Oil Company's Gallaf Batch 1 and Batch 3 Projects in Qatar, in partnership with PTSC M&C (2019–2021) and Hanwha Ocean (2022–2025), respectively. Since 2024, POS has also been executing Ruya 12, its largest project in the Middle East to date in terms of work scope and resource deployment, further demonstrating its offshore execution capabilities and the expertise of its Vietnamese workforce.

With its proven track record in the Middle East, POS is actively pursuing business opportunities across ADNOC's project portfolio and exploring potential collaboration with NMDC and other leading international EPCI contractors. The newly established subsidiary in Abu Dhabi will serve as a local base for these activities, enabling closer engagement with clients and partners, supporting business development initiatives, and enhancing POS's ability to participate in major projects in the UAE and the wider region.
