On July 22nd , 2011 in Vung Tau City, PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) and Yinson Holdings Berhad (Malaysia) have signed the contract following which 14,000,000 shares, equivalent to 40% registered capital (182bn VND), of PTSC Phu My Port shall be transferred to Yinson.
On 20 September, General Shareholder Meeting on the establishment of PTSC Shipyard has been held in Petro Hotel, Vung Tau with the 3 main shareholders/establishers: PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC), PetroVietnam Financial Corporation (PVFC), and PVEIC.
On 09 September, Board of Management of PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) has endorsed the Decision No. 230/QD-DVKT-HDQT to set up PTSC Geos & Subsea Services Company Ltd (PTSC G&S).
On 09 September, PTSC’s Chairman has endorsed the Decision 234/DVKT-HDQT to authorize Mr. Le Phuc Yen – Secretary of the Board of Management as “ PTSC’s information declarer”.
On 07 May 2010, PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation has endorsed the Decision No. 111/QD-DVKT-HDQT assigning Mr. Pham Viet Anh as Vice Chairman of PTSC’s Board of Management.
