PTSC To Sign Dai Hung Subsea Flexible In-field Flowline EPCI Contract with PVEP
On March 6, 2010, at PetroVietnam Manpower Training College, PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) has signed a contract Subsea Flexible In-field FlowlineEPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, & Installation) contract with DAIHUNG Petroleum Operating Company Limited (PVEP Dai Hung) – a member of PetroVietnam Exploration Production Corporation (PVEP).
This package, whose value approximately of 57M USD, belongs to Dai Hung field development – Phase II operated and managed by PVEP Dai Hung.
The scope of work pertains to all the overall execution, management, planning, monitoring, scheduling, coordination, detailed engineering, construction engineering, procurement engineering, installation engineering, design, procurement, fabrication, load-out, seafastening, transportation, and installation, pre/commissioning of the Dai Hung subsea facilities and their tie-in are stated briefly, but not limited as follows:
1. Project management;
2. Engineering, procurement, installation, tie-in, testing and pre-commissioning of 2 (two) of approx. 2.2 km x 3 inch flexible flowlines and 1 (one) of approx. 2.2 km umbilical including dynamic riser, appurtenances, supported structures, etc from subsea well DH-6P/7P to FPU-DH1 via Forward Mid Depth Buoy (FWD MDB).
3. Engineering, procurement, replacement, installation, tie-in, testing and pre-commissioning of 2 (two) of existing approx. 2.3 km x 6 inch export flexible flowlines including dynamic riser, appurtenances, supported structures, etc. from existing FPU-DH1 to CALM Buoy via Starboard Mid Depth Buoy; stabilize and secure these export flexible flowlines to the seabed.
4. Engineering, procurement, installation, tie-in, testing and pre-commissioning for the approx 6.0 km submarine cable from WHP-DH2 to FPU-DH1 via Aftward Mid Depth Buoy (AFT MDB).
5. Engineering, procurement, installation, tie-in, testing and pre-commissioning, for 2 (two) of approx 4.8 km 6 inch insulated flexible flowlines, appurtenances, supported structures, etc. from WHP-DH2 to existing FPU-DH1 via Afterward Mid Depth Buoy (AFT MDB) including 2 x 6 inch insulated dynamic risers.
6. Commissioning and Start-up Assistance.
Together with PTSC to carry on this project, J.Ray McDermott (JRM) shall cooperate as the main sub-contractor.
