The delegation includes high profile government leaders, Vietnamese Embassy in the Republic of Italy, Representative Office of Government office, representatives of Foreign Ministry, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Finance, Vietnam News Agency, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Vienam Oil & Gas Group (PVN), Leaders of PVNS’s subsidiaries and representatives of particular enterprises in Vietnam.

 To implement the development strategy of the Group on the strengthening of cooperation on oil and gas industry with foreign partners, PVN has collaborated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, enterprises of Republic of Italy, and the Embassy of Vietnam in the Republic of Italy to organize the Business Convention to find opportunities to cooperate with Italian enterprises in Lombardy Region Formigoni region from July 12 to July 13, 2010 in Milan.

 The program to attract new sources of foreign investment (direct and indirect) into the project as well as to promote the brandname of  PetroVietnam into the world market. The main content of the program is to introduce to a number of projects in six areas including the following stages of the project, electricity, port & jetty, real estate, financial investment and oil and gas equipment, in which specially focusing on national projects and energy projects. The delegation led by Mr Nguyen Sinh Khang - Deputy General Director of PVN, and other leaders of various subsidiary units has had meetings with senior management of leading enterprises in Republic of Italy  to discuss specific opportunities for cooperation in PVN’s projects.
 In the work program, Mr Le Cu Tan - Deputy General Director of PTSC has endorsed the Memorandum of Understanding with Valvitalia SPA Company on cooperation in setting up a Workshop for assembly & O&M works in oil & gas industry. The signing ceremony was held solemnly with the witness of Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung and senior representatives of participated other ministries.
