In order to meet increasing demands for service quality from customers, since 2000, PTSC Head Office and a large number of its divisions have established the quality management system (QMS) based on ISO standard. So far, PTSC Head Office and most of its divisions have been operating in conformity with the ISO 9001:2000.
One of the most important factors that contribute to PTSC success in the past years is the effective application of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSEMS) in all PTSC Divisions. This is a new step in domestic oil and gas industry where safety requirements are very strict with tight supervision mechanism.
