On July 22^nd , 2011 in Vung Tau City, PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) and Yinson Holdings Berhad (Malaysia) have signed the contract following which 14,000,000 shares, equivalent to 40% registered capital (182bn VND), of PTSC Phu My Port shall be transferred to Yinson.
